    You'll love this sweet tablet

    I have used this tablet now for a few months and I love it just as much as the day it arrived. In researching which device to buy, I was considering an ipad pro as I currently use an iphone, but, I decided on this tablet for a few different reasons; 1. The super AMOLED display; it is so bright and crisp and my expectations have only been exceeded in the time I have used it. I normally have the brightness set at less than 20% and when I use it outside I have no trouble at all viewing it. 2. The cost of this device is far cheaper than even the cheapest ipad pro. 3. The size of the 10.5 display is perfect for my needs (large usable screen but small and portable) and I love the fingerprint reader and the facial recognition software that very quickly and easily unlocks the device. 4. The battery lasts a good long time. I normally get at least 9-12 hours on a charge depending on what I am doing. 5. The memory is expandable (not so with an Apple) with the option to install up to a 512 micro SD card. That feature adds to the affordability again allowing me to be able to buy a device with only 64Gb hard drive, but have the ability to very simply and inexpensively bump up to a 512GB+ machine. It also has 4GB ram that gives me more than enough room to do anything I do with this device (I am not a gamer so I can't speak to that application, sorry). After three months of using this tablet I have found it to be so useful (after pairing it with a "Zagg Limitless" Bluetooth keyboard) that it has all but replaced my lap top. This device gives me such an enjoyable using experience that I have absolutely no regrets and I absolutely love this tablet. For me this was the best choice possible.

    Beautiful Tablet, now at Reduced Prices

    The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is a beautiful tablet. I upgraded from a Tab S2, which is also a beautiful tablet, just a little dated. Despite having a larger screen, 10.5" verses 9.7", the S5e weighs only 11 grams more than the S2. It is extremely light for its size. The S5e also has a really gorgeous big screen. It's even a higher resolution than the S2. The S5e also has a significantly higher resolution than the S6 Lite, which I was also considering getting. I bought the S5e with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. They should last me for a while While not the newest or fastest, the processer in the S5e is fairly quick. My Tab S5e has already upgraded to Android 10 and I expect an upgrade to 11 fairly soon. My S2 toped out at Android 7. One of the things that I look forward to using on the S5e is DeX, which allows the tablet to be used like a PC. I haven't taken the time to figure it out yet. There are, however, a few things that I liked better about the S2. One is its 5:4 screen ratio. This is more convenient for reading documents in portrait mode. The Tab S5e's 16:10screen is better for videos in horizon mode. I also miss the physical "Home" button of the S2. Unfortunately, no new tablet has a physical home button. :( The last thing I miss is that I can not use the free mobile version of Microsoft Office on the S5e. I must use the online version or subscribe to Office 365, even though I own the full version of Office 2019 for my main computer. The maximum screen size for the free version is 10.1". I knew about these before I purchased my S5e. None were deal breakers.

    Fast, great screen and it supports Dex

    This is a great tablet if you don't use a pen (I don't) and don't want the extra expense. I bought the keyboard case and am a big fan of Dex. My work uses the G Suite, and with Dex, I can really use it as a tiny desktop replacement. The screen is small, but bright and hi-rez and makes for a satisfying desktop experience using Dex. The CPU on this thing must be pretty fast, because it has no problems running multiple apps using Dex... No lag, and operates about the same speed as a Windows box for google apps like docs, gmail, etc. I love it!

    Goodo tablet with great screen

    Great screen and battery life. Sound quality is also great. Only complaint is that sometimes multiple taps are required to get an onscreen button to work, especially when trying to close a browser window. Eventually it works. This tablet replaces my 5 generation old Tab S1, and the speed increase, better sound quality, and smaller size are worth it. Note that the screen is excellent, but no better than the original Tab S - both are the super amoled screen.

    Great tablet

    This tablet is great, it has a beautiful screen, reasonably powerful hardware, and a long battery life. The only downside is that the screen is not particularly repairable if it gets broken, though it is not delicate if properly cared for. As an added bonus, it currently is supported by LineageOS, so you can get some additional control over your device.

    Perfect, if you can afford it.

    Great tablet. Not the cheapest but this thing is thin, lightweight, powerful, and has a beautiful screen. The fingerprint reader on the screen on/off button makes turning it on super fast and easy. I'd recommend this tablet to anyone who can afford it. My kid is using it with the (seperate) folio case and keyboard. Works very well!
