Purdue Boilermakers NCAA Jerseys
Purdue University adopted the Boilermakers moniker late in the 1800s after a heavy-handed win over nearby Wabash College. Students at the school used to update working maintenance experience, such as the upkeep of a locomotive; hence the nickname. The contemporary sports program at Purdue represents that beginning.
What are the Purdue jersey styles available?Jerseys aren't limited to solely one style. When purchasing Purdue NCAA jerseys, there are a few different styles to select from as well as brands, including Nike, adidas, and Champion.
- Sleeveless: Sleeveless jerseys look like tank tops. These jerseys are sized to fit men, women, and children, and some have more of a sleeve, similar to a muscle shirt. Sleeveless jerseys typically represent Purdue basketball.

Purdue is written in bold gold, outlined just a touch, with the player number sitting below. Gold shirts are less detailed, with basic black stripes for touching.
Boilermakers baseball jerseys feature a dark, buttoned shirt with crossing gold stripes. The team name is written in large white lettering, with the player number on the side to offset the balance.
