Light shoes, fast running.
These shoes are out of my league. An extreme change from my stability-style Asics (which are just fine, but nothing like this). The upper is some kind of uber-thin synthetic material, more of a foot wrap than a shoe. They we weird at first, but I'm into them now. Good balance, plentiful cushion for a mid/front striker, and crazy light. Made for advanced runners but enjoyable for an amateur. Really good for speed training, intervals, tempo runs. The cushion is wild -- shoes much lighter than anything I've run in before, yet with seemingly more, better cushion, a sense of lightly bouncing into and out of each stride.
