(Note: may take practice to adjust to in walking 1st before running). Excellent fit if you are a "standard Nike sneaker wearer" and have an established size that works for you. Designed to use without socks. Exceptional cushion for road running. Recommend walking in the sneaker to adjust to the new foot movement it supports and to the amazing cushioning system. If you have to wear a micro-running sock and/or conventional sock you may need half size up. NOTE: people with balance sensitivities or issues or with foot conditions may not find it easy to adjust too or suitable. But for shock and cushioning needs it's exceptional. Consult your medical professional first before ordering or use a try to buy with return policy option. Half or full size up recommended but depending upon if heavy socks are going to be used and/or wide or thick foot arch is also typical. Can wear without socks (general design). So, your Nike size should fit you without socks, standard. Bu if you plan to wear with thicker, full size (not micro-running) athletic socks like Thorlos half size up may be needed for the extra sock room.
