NVIDIA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti NVIDIA Computer Graphics Cards

I bought the MSI 1050Ti after a day of research.. I had to balance need, with price, and it had to work with my existing hardware.. I'm not a "hard core" gamer.. I'm an occasional gamer.. Mostly playing World of Tanks online.. I had a 650Ti and was getting a solid 40 FPS.. but some of the textures didn't fill fast enough, and there was some flickering that forced me to lower my settings.. I received the MSI card fast enough, and everything was in the box. I build my own computers so, I'm familiar with how the installation is done. This card needs no direct connection to my Modular power supply.. It receives all the power it needs straight from the PCI Express slot. so I was able to remove those wires. The layout is pretty simple, and it went in with no problems. Closed up the case plugged in the HDMI cable and booted up. Driver installation was a little slow, because MSI's website is not the most user friendly.. but once I uninstalled the previous Nvidia drivers, and installed the correct MSI, 64bit drivers, everything fell into place.. It's a little quieter than my old 650Ti.. but it's considerably faster. I went into WOT and turned all the graphics settings up.. started a match and the FPS was at 86-105 through the entire match.. It was noticeably smoother, and textures filled in quick, and I saw things I couldn't see with my old card, because they were turned off. I have no need to "overclock" this card, as it's performing perfectly for my needs.. Nvidia makes some awesome graphics chips and I love their cards.. So, if you've got a mid level machine and need an upgrade to your video card, without breaking the bank, give the MSI GTX 1050Ti a look.. it fills the bill.

Installation was simple enough. Drivers can sometimes be a little challenging but not impossible. I do not use this for gaming I use it for other video applications. My Microsoft system rating went up after installation and rerunning it. I purchased this because I needed to upgrade my video card for my applications. and I previously purchased a an MSI 700 series and still works great. I installed it in another PC with a less demanding video need.

Great little card. The card is 5 star. Perfect for sprucing up an older desktop while adding the ability to play most games at 1080p and 60 fps. Older games will run at ultra, newer/more intensive at medium settings. Powers itself off of the PCIE slot--no need for a power cable. The only reason I rated it as 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. All GPU's are totally overpriced right now.

Vid card performed as predicted by other reviewers, and in my own measurements using the Unigine and 3DMark metrics programs. It speeds up video processing tasks when using applications that take advantage of the card's CUDA cores. It stays reasonably warm during the Furmark and GPU-Z stress tests and under moderate gaming loads. The small form factor fits well into smaller cases or already cramped builds.

A mid range GPU card, ideal for small systems -like my Dell 7060- that does not need extra power to operate and can play almost any game in good, or even descent settings. REALLY silent, also works in logic temperatures, I would advise it, if you do not want to move at the more expensive (and faster, to be honest) 1650.

I have always liked this video card! One of my first for gaming some years back and it is a rock solid performer for day to day computing. And with the prices of normal GPU's being so out of the normal price range, this is still a good substitute.

WE HAVE USED THE GTX-1070, 1060 AND THE 1050TI, FOR MASSIVE NUMBER CRUNCHING RUNNING AT 100% OF THE PROCESSORS RUNNING AT 100% OF THE TIME, WITH ALL ASPECTS IN CONSIDERATION, THE 1050 WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF MONEY WITH VIRTUALLY NO LOSS IN DETECTABLE PERFORMANCE

Fits nicely in a SFF case like an HP7700. Twice as fast as a 750ti when running 3D Mark performance tests on the same platform. Need to find a 4K monitor to check DP port at 60 Hz refresh.

Very pleased with my new video card! It's quiet, powerful, and really brings a lot when it comes to gaming. Games run smoother and faster, and I can play longer without stutter or slowdown. Would recommend!

This product works great. The seller also is great to work with. Excellent 1080p 60 frames per second graphics card if you don't own a 1440p or 4k television. Will max out most titles. Excellent buy!!!
