Accurate and easy to identify
Nicely-autographed, certified, 1965-66 reprint card of a former prominent and popular player. Great color, photo, and clean signature, featuring a key rookie on the NHL's most dominant team of that era. Probably my favorite hockey card design of all time. Some associated nostalgia, since this was one of the first sets I encountered when I started collecting as a youngster. Concise, interesting statistical information included on the reverse. The imitation "coin rub" feature has always impressed me as incredibly creative, and well ahead of its time from the 60's, which was also featured on other card sets, such as the 1964 baseball set, and mid-1960's Philadelphia football sets. Overall, certainly among the nicest archives autographed cards from the early 2000's, due to a relative dearth of them being produced. Great-looking card for any collection, and obtained for a reasonable price!
