But when your mother loses the only stand that supports her Christmas tree, well then you have to make concessions! Shipping was fast and item arrived in very well packaged condition. Thanks! The only regret is after purchasing the item in green, I later saw the seller also had it in white. I sent an email requesting a change of color and an automatic reply came back promising to reply to my concern, but that never happened. Not the best communication.
