Aquarian Super Kick I Drumhead 22 in.

Best Sounding Kick Head OUt There.
In the 45 years I've been playing drums I have tried all heads on my bass drums ranging from 24" down to 18". Super kick one when paired with anybody's ported or un-ported reso head without any additional muffling or pillows gets "That Sound". Clear, deep, Wrm yet percussive, with just enough sustained tone for recording or miked or un-miked live at any volume level. The reason the PS IIIs or Emads sound good on Youtubes' is the studio EQ-ing. But live they are boxy and flat and have that plastic thud. An Evans 56 or modern Aq. Modern Vintage II with the strip of felt on the Reso side is also an excellent choice to get the best 'record like' sound out of you bass drum. Take my word for it people hire me for my sound and playing.

Evans Drill Bit Drum Key (Drum Key, Drill Bit)

Sub Par Machining
The notch around the base that locks it into the cordless chuck is not enough, so about half of the time it sticks on the tuning lug and it comes out of the driver. The rest of the time you have to hold it into the drivers chuck. So unless you have a way to grind the notch deeper it's 5 bucks wasted.

FINALLY! The 'Answer' for transport, set up and tear down!
The only truly telescoping high hat stand, that solves packing a usually bulky High Hat stand in small cars. That plus a quick release clutch and you can fit this in almost any bag or case, instead of carrying it by itself or having to unscrew the rod, and risk leaving it somewhere. Heavy duty enough for med force players, and sensitive enough for finessing 13"-16" hats, base swivels for double bass pedals. Has nice spring tension that doesn't fight you. Not recommended for a 'thrash metal stomper'. Truly has a level of action adjustability and build for a working pro....
