  My $660 card came in an envelope with barely any protection. This should have at the bare minimum been sent in a bubble envelope sandwiched between 2 pieces of cardboard. This sealed cello card had more damage then pictured, and the cello was crumpled and folded. I'm disappointed by the condition and the neglectful shipping of this item - your customers deserve better.

  I apologize for the late reply and that you feel this way. I've shipped many cards, some far more valuable than your purchase the same way and all have turned out fine. I also had stated in the description that I would be shipping it this way. As for the cellophane being folded, I believe that should have been visible in the picture and not deter any from the value. The $660 total was only due to tax. I sold it for $614.99, free shipping, and after fees from eBay received $531.96.
