  -tmallkey �� you no there are alot of discrepancies when it comes too Australia post items get damaged go missing and the workers at delivery Centre postie on scooter get tempted from time to time and the Purchaser Looser 's items --So i" would appreciate a photo taken before it leaves postage service photo of the package, and packed well So they don't no what's inside , if there's no tracking number , they say at delivery centre if item goes missing or damaged not our problem.Help please.!

  Accurately described, a nice tool. The seller turned the tool over to the shipper the same day it was purchased but the shipper (DHL) took 5 days to get it to Northern CA where it was turned over to USPS who then got it to Reno NV and delivered it in 1 day. The seller should just just USPS which typically gets packages from Southern CA and delivered in Reno in 2 days.

  At first I cancelled the order shortly after making it. I bought the wrong thing. The seller declined the request. I cancelled so fast it would have been a nice thing to do to accept. Nonetheless they didn’t have to, so fair enough. To make matters worse the item never arrived… not buying from this seller again. Terrible service. I requested a refund, they also refused.

  VERY DISAPPOINTED....had to wait more than a month to receive the product and then found out that it was wrong colour sent. Since past 10 days trying to resolve with them but without any success. Took photo s, scan the bar codes to prove that they sent wrong item, but they ask me to accept 20% refund only and on top return item back to them at my own cost for the mistake they did on their end. Very unprofessional attitude. NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR.
