You get what you pay for
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this pasta maker as I wanted to see what the hype was about/whether they actually worked before I spent a lot of money on a more superior model (the Philips). I wanted to be able make gluten free fresh pasta as there are limited fresh options instore.
This machine is really poorly made. I tried so many different recipe variations and none of them worked. It wouldn't churn out the pasta no matter what I did. It just became a big sticky mess OR so dry it just crumbled. It is also so hard to clean. Eventually the front of the clear mixing compartment just broke and wouldn't lock in place anymore. I threw it out after only 4 days.
Really disappointed in this product.
