Overall, this transaction was… mixed. We had an unfortunate miscommunication - the seller forgot to ship my item so I had to wait a couple of extra weeks to receive it. I still ended up paying full price, just without receiving the item on time. The item itself is okay. The flaps that should keep the background in place don’t work all that well, the cardboard keeps falling out. I could use glue, but don’t think I should have to pay for glue and then do that to make it work. Repeat buyer, btw.

AGreed that the transaction was frustrating. Buyer asked for a combined listing of 5 items with reduced prices, ultimately only bought 3. Initial shipment only had 1 of the items (my mistake baased on the wording in the combined listing, I have since fixed that issue on my side) I corrected the problem and shipped out the other 2 pieces. Buyer said he couldn't get them to work properly on his side, I gave him advice on how to make them work. Buyer did get a discount and considerable extra time.
