  After I reached out to seller (5days after payment) the product shipped out. I was told they didn’t realize it sold and shipped next day. Product was marked as new, sealed. It was not sealed in manufacturer wrap and thermostat was opened, box is faded and banged up. To be fair I did not contact seller as my ac has been off due to current thermostat so I really needed the thermostat today.
