  Laser arrived without protective glasses that were advertised as included. Kind of important. Seller said he'd send them. Never did. Cheap fan on laser unit not balanced so it's noisy and I imagine the bearing will eventually fail.

  The sent a tracking notice but per that notice, NEVER shipped the product. When the due date came and went, I checked the tracking and their site blamed lateness on Canada postal strike - they were shipping from China to US. I then attempted to contact the seller via eBay and received NO response within the time asked by eBay. I have been refunded by eBay after disputing the charge, but still no response from seller
