Much better than simple ODBII adapter
I had been using an el327 adapter with cell phone, this has WAY more information when plugged into the same connector, Opens up a world of diagnostic information on all aspects of my late model BMW. Helped me diagnose a wet connector on the convertible top sensor, that saved me more than the cost of the Unit!

Good Sound, attractive package, good price
Good quality rating is based on sound and look, only concerning thing is it sparks every time you plug/unplug the power supply cord into the unit, and the LED power indicator never turns off, goes from bright to dim to indicate on/off. Might be designed that way I suppose to indicate power present, and unit on/off...
Sounds better than expected and works well other that the above mentioned concerns.

Looks Good
Be careful when installing or removing. The end will come off easily and the hose will fray,Once that happens you can put it back together but it wont look the same. it is one of those "good for the price" deals, not great quality but looks good in place.
