Great phone for the price!
1 of 1 found this helpful This phone was a great buy. I only paid $20 more a brand new one! So for the money, it was a great buy. There are some issues with it however. I can't seem to get the ringer to work for calls. Only vibrates. The keyboard is great though. The software is out of date and gets laggy. Web browsing on this phone leaves a lot to be desired. It's pretty much horrible having to scroll around the entire page with a track ball.Good email integration though. Overall a GREAT phone for the price and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap smartphone.

This Phone Was Great, 4 years ago. With a dead operating system Do Not Buy.
So basically I love webOs, I think it is an amazing operating system and see amazing potential for it. And although I love this phone, I can't recommend it to a friend. This platform is dead, thus there are NO apps in the app store. The phone will never get an update and has no future. But besides that, this phone does have a much faster processor than its predecessor. It's pretty quick and very intuitive. The keyboard isn't great and is both small and offers very little tactile feedback. I found myself typing with my finger nails a lot in order to press down hard enough. The camera is also inadequate. However, I do like the design of the phone and the soft touch plastic on the back is easy to hold. The sliding mechanism feels strong and I also like the fact that it has a silent mode switch. Bottom line this phone would be great if not for its dead operating system with no apps or support. It just wouldn't be smart to buy this phone in its current state.

The Best Keyboard I've Ever Used On A Phone! HANDS DOWN!
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this phone to replace my old Blackberry Curve 8530, and let me tell you, this phone blows my old curve out of the water! The keyboard is the best feature about this phone. I am not exaggerating when I saw that you've never typed on anything this amazing on a phone. The keys are large, shaped perfectly for you fingers, and offer perfect tactile feedback. The touch screen is also a plus for it makes navigation so much easier. The design of the phone is also very elegant with the metal accents. The speaker phone is super load as well. Now, some of the things I don't like. The app selection is BARE! Definitely don't get this phone if you want apps because this phone only has the essentials, i.e. facebook, twitter, etc. Also I have noticed glitches with the phone and sometimes when I go to text, the cursor gets moved around on its own, thus I can input words. It's a little annoying and only does it occasionally, but I still wish it didn't do that. Other than that this phone is great for anyone who does a lot of texting or emails. If you are a Blackberry lover then I would definitely recommend this phone because this is the best Blackberry to date!
