    The headset arrived undamaged, but was shipped in just the box with no outer protection or padding to stop the box from being damaged, so the box has many large dents and scratches that will likely affect resale value. It was listed as "new: other" and apart from the seal on the box being broken and the box itself being damaged from shipping, it is new, with no visible damage anywhere on the headset or control hub.

    Great looking pair of Azden powered speakers, they look like new, well packed, and promptly shipped by Fed Ex Ground, my favorite shipper. The power cords were not included, so I contacted Customer Service and they are shipping me the cords. Discounts for purchasing multiple units, too. High quality product at a Refurbished Price!
