Pretty good
2 of 2 found this helpful I liked that it made me laugh. I enjoyed the insight and helped keep me calm when I felt I was getting angry. He has an interesting laugh. One that sometimes doesn't sound like one. It's funny. This cd doesn't sound off-the-wall and cult-like either. It's very light. I would recommend it for someone who needs something uplifting for a while. (like driving)

A way of life
I really liked this book. It's short and easy to read. He gets to the point. Sometimes repeatedly. But, sometimes we need to be told repeatedly before we actually hear it anyway. I would recommend this book to anyone that is looking for a way to be happy. I think the insight would be helpful.

Uplifting
I read this book because a friend of mine said I could benefit from it. It's very easy to read, and while I read it, it made me feel good inside. It's a bit repetative, but still a good read. I recommend this book for sure.
