I ordered a 9” full size mattress and ended up getting a “12 king size. I don’t know how you could confuse the two. I messaged the seller, and never got a reply. I wouldn’t recommend buying a mattress from this seller if you want what you ordered received in a timely manner! You’ll be better off buying from Amazon.

When order was placed, the listing stated the item would be shipped in 1 day from order. This was on 3/9 and the item had not been shipped as of 3/11 so I contacted the seller was told "We are not a single individual seller, and this listing is to buy old inventory directly from the us, the manufacturer, Sinomax-USA. Our business hours are 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday, and these orders have to be hand keyed". Product ws received on 3/15. Very soft and not very comfortable, not as firm as I'd like.
