Extremely good value.
I purchased this based on the great reviews so I knew I had to leave one after my first use. I cook a lot of chicken and often filet chicken breasts. It had been a chore with my old trusty kitchen knife, but after trying my new Mairico, Its a pleasure. THis cut like butter and made the slices very even and consistent. This knife is highly recommended.
