I bought it used, but it came in the original packing and in mint condition, I couldn’t be any happier! unfortunately, the mic was damaged so I had to reach out to riograndetradeand. They refunded me just enough for a new mic, hassle free and problem solved! Nonetheless, I 100% recommend them to anyone. As I was skeptical as well, you just can’t beat the price!

Upon receiving the item they had listed the condition as “used.” Now I’m not sure if the seller was referring to the condition of the packaging, because they remote appears brand new! No stick drift, factory stickers/label/ contents were all there with zero wear and tear. I’m very pleased! A 100.00 remote for a 1/3 of the price, in no different condition than a when I purchased this same remote a yr ago new. TY!!

Not for Multi-Taskers
4 of 4 found this helpful Bought this product to enhance photos for a small business. It's kind of heavy, but seems to run smoothly. I mostly bought it for the wi-fi capabilities, so the photos could be uploading to a program while photos were being taken - but that's not that case. You have to stop taking photos completely and just allow the camera to upload to wi-fi; I wasn't very happy about that. Also, to charge the battery, you plug the charger into the camera itself. The battery is removable, but if you wanted to charge a dead battery at the same time that you took photos with a fresh battery, that would be impossible. An external wall charger would be really helpful. Overall, I guess you could say that this camera is definitely not for people who want to multi-task, as it doesn't seem to be able to do that at all.
