  Fairly happy with the roof rack cross bars that I ordered. They were exactly as advertised. The part that I am not so happy with is that they were poorly packed. The Seller did not add any protection to the locks on the ends of the bars or the box to prepare it to make the journey across the country. When the Box arrived the end of the box was beat up so bad the parts could have fallen out. Upon opening the box I discovered that one end of both bars where the locking mechanism is was Damaged.

  I am sorry this happened, I don't think protecting them would have saved them ... I did however make sure the items were tight, and double boxed the entire item...
