    When I received the cartridge I found that the package had been opened and taped shut but when I placed the cartridge in the printer I found that it was full and hadn't been used in another printer as my printer would have flagged it if it had been. Regardless of that minor description discrepancy about the box, the cartridge appears to be new, it works great in my printer, I got it at a great price and it was shipped fast. Can't really as for better. Thanks.

    Advertised as new. But the packaging had been opened and stapled closed. The plastic shell that would hold the ink cartridge was missing as was the typical tape that covers the ink sensor/disbursement unit. My software indicated that the unit was indeed full. I suspect the seller has obtained Amazon returns for a discount and resells them. Nothing wrong with that, but it's not a new, unopened ink cartridge. I had to cycle through printer clean to get decent output.
