Item arrived damaged. Seller very difficult over $18 refund, despite the fact that I'd spent $431 in total! Items were badly packaged with no protection and squashed in a box that was too small - a necklace got caught and formed a hole. Seller said I should sew up the hole and kept reminding me that he had given a few low cost freebies!!! Seller eventually agreed to a partial refund which was never sent. I had to ask ebay to sort refund. If you buy from and need a refund expect loads of hassle.

This seller told me he does not ship to the United States so he cancelled the order, refunded my money. Disappointed. Why do you list to sell in the US if you cannot ship there?
