This is not anodised. BEWARE metal can leach into your food.
The worst tool I have ever bought in my life. This product is not anodised. In fact I realised too late, after washing the dishes, that the outer metallic layer had leaked with the garlic in the sauce I was making. This is dangerous and unsafe. Heavy metal free radicals in your nervous system can cause short and long term damage. Please eBay remove this product from your platform.
