  I ordered a specialty balloon from this seller for an event I was hosting. A mailing window was advertised that the balloon would arrive in plenty of time for my event (one of the reasons why I went with this seller). Sadly my event has come and gone. The seller never responded to my messages and never shipped the balloon. Seller has issued a refund but he ruined my surprise with the cool balloon. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!
