My sole reason for returning this backpack is that I incorrectly assumed it had a sternum strap; it does not. However, my shopping and shipping experience from Moosejaw e-store (website) was horrible - that absolute worse - the estore processing was delayed and the shipping was not as promised - with BS excuses from C/S. What a $#!^ show. The estore C/S agents repeatedly provided wrong information - very displeased. Moosejaw would do better to focus on business instead of getting off tangent with other issues.
