Jericho - The First Season (2007, DVD)
1 of 2 found this helpful 12/04/2008. I purchased this set to get an idea of what awaits us in the USA. I think it portrays, to a great degree, what we in the USA are about to experience. With the alarming rate of terrorism and the increasing accessability to nuclear weapons for those who are bent on destruction with no reguard to the life of others, it is not if but rather when this event will take place. Though this series portrays life void of the truth of a literal return of Christ to this Earth to set up the Kingdom of God, it pictures well how people react who do not believe in that truth. The fact that the Bible prophesies of a time (great tribulation)that is by far worse than any other time in human history makes this series not only a probability of occuring but in fact a simulated portrayal, to a degree, of what life might be like.
