Delivery was very timely, so was communication! The device was still in its original packaging, and the shipping box was very well done. Everything was super clean. However, the stand of the switch was broken, which was not mentioned in the ad. This is minor but I wish I knew.

I wasn’t aware of the kickstand being broken, but it’s possible it simply became detached in shipping; I’ve sent the buyer instructions on how to reattach it.
