  Enamel colander arrived with 6-inch scratches and areas of missing enamel, despite being listed as in "perfect condition". Seller denied it was damaged before shipping, though their listing photos (which were very poorly lit) showed areas of matching flaws I only noticed after receiving the item. I did share comparison photos. Seller blamed USPS, but the packaging was not damaged at all, so postal damage seemed impossible. I did receive a full refund, but this whole experience felt off.
