If they don't like how an auction turns out, they just won't ship you the item. I was the only one who bid on a Regular Show game for 3DS (so if you see it listed by them DO NOT BUY IT, look elsewhere) at the starting price and won the auction. They were responsive before I won, but afterwards they went radio silent. They then provided tracking but never shipped out the item and I had to report this issue and get my money back
