  Camera is in good condition and is the exact model and description purchased. The price was amazing, so overall pleased with the experience. Items are sent ground from the seller, which means via cargo ship, so you need to understand the delivery time is long (but also free in my case). I read the seller's reviews ahead of purchasing, and the seller provided a fairly accurate estimated delivery date. So knew all of this going into the transaction, which made the experience positive.

  It was packaged really safely even without the box, seller put it in lots of bubble wrap! Seller also included a charger . Only gripe i’ve got is that the phone was a little dirty in the ports and the crevices and the exact model was not the same as advertised (the picture included the newer Folder 2 with a different exterior, whereas I recieved an older looking one where the samsung logo is ontop). Though it does not affect the performance at all. Delivery was sent via Fedex much earlier!

  Great price for the quality. Reasonable delivery time. Unfortunately the listing shown a box for the item which was not included in the packaging. I've tried to contact the seller and offer to pay myself the delivery for the box, which I really wanted, but the selled hasn't replied. I guess they are busy but they advertise themselves as personal shopper, but how can you possibly be a credible personal shopper if you don't reply to request for shipping on things you've shown to have in house?

  Fantastic service. I had questions that were answered in minutes!! Item was delivered in 2 days!!! Camera was in excellent condition. I can’t say enough good about this seller. I might need another camera in the near future and I will definitely buy from lightnspace!
