This beautiful .9999 pure gold coin is one of 49,306 of its kind - that's how many Gold Buffalo's were made - and its just a fraction of those that received a perfect grade.
A flawless proof deep cameo is a grading assignment from a service that means it was struck perfectly and has not suffered any damage since its production (PR is an abbreviation for proof, 70 is the highest grade a coin can receive by a grading service and DCAM is an abbreviation for deep cameo).
In addition to the the coin being .9999 pure, the strong contrast between the coin's frosted device and mirrored field is what makes it a deep cameo and adds an additional element of beauty to its design and makes it a favorite amongst collectors.

Gold's baseline - its essential quality - is its role as the only primary asset that is not someone else's liability. That is what separates gold from the majority of capital assets which in fact do rely on another's ability to pay, like bonds and bank savings, or the performance of the management, or some other delimiting factor, as is the case with stocks.
