    Item as described, but slow to ship, and extremely poor pacaging. 3 of 6 champagne glasses broken in shipment. It is glass. Wrapping a small plastic bag around each glass, putting them in the original packaging, then shoving that box onto a slightly larger box without any protective shipping material to prevent damage shows minimal effort for the price charged.

    Buyer never contacted me, ya know, items get damaged sometimes, that's just life. It's not a perfect world. I feel sorry that this person got so worked up over a set of glasses. Ebay makes you click on an agreement that you have reached out to the seller BEFORE you can leave negative feedback which this buyer did not do, very sad that they felt they needed to lie....
