Part ordered was missing the fastening bolts rendering it defective. They don't want to refund the money saying that because it wasn't opened that I ordered wrong part. You can plainly see that it didn't have the bolts made into it to fasten it,why would I want to open it? I will send pictures to anyone that wants to see them. This company is selling defective door handles with the bolts missing to fasten it. I just want what I paid for, is that wrong? Not a part that is useless.

Customer complaining about something that is NOT shown in the pictures of the listing customer purchased?? If you are looking for a DOOR HANDLE (and we have sold many of these) with fastening bolts (which are NOT included in this item) then we recommend looking at the pictures that sellers provide to you PRIOR to purchasing. We always recommend professional installation if you don't know what you are ordering or how to install. ~KAP
