Does The Job
This filter seems to help when used with the additional filter (carbon?) insert. It doesn't seem to affect the airflow or increase the noise of the apparatus. Only thing I don't like is that the plastic clips (used to hold it in place) are fairly easy to damage. Overall, it does what it's designed to do.

Does The Job
Well, it took a bit to install it since it's bigger than my old bathroom fan and I didn't have access from above It works well but it is a bit louder than I expected which I believe is because I had to use the adapter to step it down for a 3 inch duct. It's more powerful and quieter than my old fan was so I'm happy with it.
