    Steelbook arrived damaged. I asked the seller to ship in a box and he chose not to do so. He then blamed the damage on USPS. It is the sellers responsibility to ensure safe packaging for transit. Poor customer service.

    This item had a small dent on the side-see original listing-then we wrapped it in cardboard and sent it in a bubble wrapped mailer. YOU FAILED to send pictures of damage, and DIDN'T WANT TO RETURN IT. So, you want it for free? We have shipped many of these, and you're the ONLY ONE who has had a problem. After going to your page, we discovered that you sell these Steelbooks for HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. We deal with you "Karens" from time to time, and you can't be pleased no matter what we do.
