Best watch for the price, hands down.
I just don't think you can beat this for under $100. I realize the $57 I got it for was a fabulous deal, but it's being sold everywhere now for under $100. (It went from $130 to $91 on Amazon while I was shopping for it these past couple of weeks.) PROS: 1. It's the classic Seiko 7T62 caliber with chronograph and alarm. EXCELLENT mechanism. Very solid and dependable. Tachymeter, 1/5 second sweep hand, elapsed time, split time. And a 120-click unidirectional bezel. Very cool toys for the old-school watch nerd. 2. And I just like the look of it. Everything lines up and looks sharp. CONS: (I personally don't consider either of these a big deal.) 1. Yes, the alarm is not very loud, but I don't use it to wake me up or anything. I use it to subtly remind me if a meeting is going too long, or to go to meetings and appointments. I like it quieter and less disruptive to what's going on around me. But I realize that others need it to be louder. So that might be a con for you. 2. And I'm not sure anyone prefers the watchband it comes with. I'll wear it out and then switch it. Many choose to switch it out right away. No big deal, as I see it.
GARMIN HANDLEBAR MOUNT BRACKET ETREX

Check before you order. It doesn't fit most eTrex models.
I won't be able to use it. It turns out that if your eTrex takes an SD card, this won't work. There are many vendors who sell this product but don't warn you of that fact. The one I ordered through simply indicated that it was for the eTrex series. Well, there's no way it will fit an eTrex 10, 20, 30 and newer. You can see that from the picture. What you can't see is that, even though it appears to be that same back cover as, say, an eTrex Legend CX, it won't work on models that take an SD card in the back. So be careful. You may be out $15.

Much nicer than I expected.
I think the product description really sells itself short. The leather is nice, soft, and smooth, but still provides enough firmness to offer protection for the calculator. The case has two sets of magnets in the flap and front of the case to hold the flap in place. (I wasn't sure from the description if it had any sort of latch at all.) Obviously, I can't speak to the long-term durability of the case, but it seems very well built. I like that I can hook it on my belt quickly, but that it also comes with another strap (with snap) to hold it more securely, if I like. I think this is a much better way to go for those of us who like to carry our calculators around with us. It's much nicer than carrying it in your shirt pocket. And we don't look so nerdy, since it could easily pass as a phone in this case. ;)
