I got a tactical light instead of a red dot site they made it completely right they fully refunded my purchase and just let me keep the tactical light such amazing customer service they were right on top of it responded within five minutes of me, requesting their assistance anybody reading this review, I would definitely do business with these people I will make another purchase with them. I contacted the seller, described the problem in detail (w/pictures), and offered a solution that I was comfortable with. The seller responded to me very quickly, apologized for the mistake, and countered my offer with an even better one in my favor. I was very impressed not expecting the response I received. That said I would not hesitate recommending this seller, or doing business with them in the future.
