Easy to Use - Easy to Program

My spouse and I love this remote. Its much better than others we've tried. This model is also much easier to use than LogiTech's later model. To program the new 350 I just plugged it into my computer which had all the settings stored from the previous one. So we were up and running in minutes. The only down side is the volume rocker goes out after a few years. Which is why we bought the new 350.
