  the pacaged wasn't packed well and wasn't sealed. When I opened that package the steel case was loose in the box with no protection. I wish it was new and sealed as said. But all in all in the package came in one piece.

  I do apologize, the case and game were brand new , and the digital code was unused, I dont understand how much more new you would like me to make it. I had to open the game case to make sure the digital code was there to protect the buyer and myself. I hope you enjoy the product and I do appreciate you business, but all in all if you are happy with the purchase I dont understand a negative review because of a missing piece of tape
