    We got the ac.very fast and after putting it in my son's room.nocied the top was damaged maybe FedEx dropped it idk. But also the screws was missing i left the seller know and took pics. He asked if it was working I said no.i left him know he got me another one out ASAP. Had that one with in 2 days .he was very helpful. Very nice.and answered any ? I may have.will use this seller again.

    The warmer arrived 4 days late. There is a giant dent on the top of the warmer, but the packaging was in perfect condition. It had to have been boxed up damaged like that (which was not in the description it said it was new!) and the UV light kept turning off. I contacted the seller for a replacement. They don’t respond in a timely manner - offered a $15 refund & wanted me to keep the damaged warmer which I refused. They waited until the last day before eBay could assist to send a return label.

    I received the burner without the connection fitting which also is pst of the regulator. Sent the seller a message. In 2 weeks I got the missing parts as they promised. It easily does the 200,000 btu's. Would order from buying again.
