My wife and I have owned and operated a retail sporting goods store since 2010. We are passionate about all things outdoors and strive to provide each and every one of our customers both in our retail store and here on Ebay with quality products at reasonable prices. What separates us from other outdoor retailers both big and small is the level of customer service we provide which is second to none; we go out of our way to ensure our customers are 100% happy with their purchases and we provide a buying experience that keeps them coming back to us. We will be continuing to grow our presence here on Ebay and expanding the variety of products we offer. I am sorry to hear that it took longer than expected for you to receive your item. I did ship it within the promised 2 business days as shown in the listing. In reviewing the tracking information it appears that it spend excessive time at a few post offices while in transit, this was likely due to it being in transit during the Thanksgiving holiday. I do thank you for your purchase and acknowledge that the item was in the hands of the postal service much longer than it should have been.
