If I had NOT ACCEPTED their offers, I would have paid about $5 LESS! Because of combined shipping, which was not offered with the discounts! I contacted the vendor twice to ask for a partial refund, but got no response. Their communication was in Polish.

I have purchased from him before without incident and will not let this isolated incident that is not his fault, tarnish our business relationship. Great communications throughout.
