Just Right!
Nice, lightweight material. The adjustable strap is large. I wear a 7-3/8 and have this strap at the middle setting.

High Quality Item
Simple, yet beautiful watch. The band is high quality and adds a great touch of detail to it. I really like how they are assembled in Detroit also. Took me a bit to figure out how to unscrew the knob since it is water tight, but I like that extra feature now that I know about it.
