1 of 1 found this helpful I bought a refurbed machine and in general I am very happy with it. It is a little difficult to empty and clean compared to the bag vacuums I have used for years. I have not had it long enough to tell if the refurb is going to be a good choice or not. The suction is amazing though. Much better than any machine I have owned in the past.
