Have used for a month now and I am ecstatic. I recommend for anyone whose blood sugar level is a little and for anyone who likes a little bit of the carb snacks etc.... For me it has lowered my blood glucose from 135 level to averaging under 110 and numerous times under 100. It was only 2 years ago that I had a stroke with over 400 blood glucose level. What a difference. I also have a much better bowel movement situation now. HOORAY!

Great except unable to set clock.
The only con is that I cannot set the clock. Other than that it is great and was relatively easy to hook up once I bought the adapter harness.

I think I recommend
Not exactly sure if it is working but I have had more energy and felt better overall and all the while only using one per day. Once i have reached a point of no return I will increase to two per day and note the effects, Got my fingers crossed. As of today i think I would recommend it. FYI I am 67 years old and a stroke victim of 3 years and still having problems with feet and legs.
