    HORRIBLE DO NOT DO BUSINESS. Item showed lost for weeks after it’s scheduled delivery date and the seller wouldn’t issue a refund. I informed the seller that the pieces were for my sons school project to please send another set and I would pay if the first set ended up arriving. The seller refused.

    The first time that I was alerted, ebay already locked the transaction since buyer requested refund. Seller unable print new shipping label if transaction is locked. USPS continued to claim item still not lost. The other communication did not include it was a school project.
