While the item was late, it was not his fault and he did everything possible to locate and follow up with the shipper.   I am revising my review for several reasons. Excellent communication from seller which prompted me to open the second bag which was definitely better that the first. Texture was still not what I was used to, and smell was stronger fishy smell but I believe they are edible. I threw away the first bag and was refunded. Excellent customer service. Perhaps it was a fluke that a bad bag came from the manufacturer but I don t know. I cannot give5 stars as that would be dishonest but I will give 4.9
