  I am sorry about that (if it is true); that 's never happened in over 10 years of selling my plants. I insulated the package and put it on a heating pad to avoid freezing or other environmental issues. The fact most plants don't have roots is because they are stem plants, and those are always given as "cut stems". Accordingly to our messaging before your post here, it looks to me that you expected different plants and your disappointment brought you to ask for a refund.
